Work/Life Balance welcomes area employers to join WLB. Work/Life Balance is a diverse group of individuals from the Philadelphia, New Jersey and Delaware area who are dedicated to meeting the needs of their employees. Our members exchange ideas and strategies for effecting cultural change within their organizations. By learning and sharing key work/life initiatives and cutting-edge ideas, employers will be able to respond to the complex work and life needs of their employees.
