Work/Life
Balance
has a variety of members from the Philadelphia, New Jersey and Delaware
area who are dedicated to meeting the needs of their employees.
Our members exchange ideas and strategies for effecting cultural
change within their organizations. By learning and sharing key work/life
initiatives and cutting-edge ideas, employers will be able to respond
to the complex work and life needs of their employees.
All members are invited to our Roundtable Discussions and Events.
Moreover, members have an opportunity to participate in a member's
only area on our website that offers in-depth company profiling
of all work/life policies offered by our employer members. They
will also receive a copy of Balance Sheets via mail or email, plus
additional educational services.
The sharing
of information is one of the most valuable tools to a person who
is responsible for developing and implementing work/life programs.
We feel our website coupled with Work/Life Balance events will be
the cutting edge for communicating work/life knowledge in the Philadelphia
region.
WLB
also collaborates and partners with a variety of service providers
to support and inform employers of the newest work/life resources.
The website in addition to other resources will profile the services
available by service provider members.

Work/Life Balance Associates
are service providers and consultants generally located
or can be accessed in the Philadelphia area.
Associates will be invited to the yearly Event unless they sponsor
a Roundtable Discussion and/or be accompanying an employer for the
main discussion.
Associates will have the opportunity to share their services through
the yearly Event, sponsorship of WLB Roundtable Discussions, WLB
News, and website Associate Profiles. In addition, you will be able
to contribute to WLB Q & A.
